Shaun Hay
Media Arts & Production Degree majoring in Audio Production at UTS. Played in various bands, currently playing in Hi Fi Reactor as a guitarist, has a broad knowledge of Amps & Effects (FX). Shaun looks after The High Tech Section, software, recording & keyboards. Shaun is also our Store Manager there is no enquiry he cant help you with.

Andrew Mobbs "Top Gun Guitar Player"
Five years experience in retail. Andrew as a kid of 10, spent his Saturdays working at Guitar Factory. He received his first guitar at the tender age of 8 months. Andrews a Jack of all trades guitar & amp sales, guitar repairs, box smasher & Guitar Factory "Pin Up Boy". Andrew really knows his way around a fretboard. He teaches guitar & is currently playing around Sydney with his band "Someone Your Not". If you need advice on guitars or amps come in and see Andrew.

Martyn Palmer
Hi Tech & Keyboards, studied Multi Media at Sydney Institute Of Technology. He is a Graphic Designer and does Computer Programming. Martyn writes jingles & sound tracks for Movies, sets up studios, live processing and loves recording weird sounds. A wiz at music applications FX, Synths & Sequencers. This guy knows his stuff. If your into Hi Tech or Keyboards do yourself a favour come and see Marty.

Bronson Heath
Bronson will never be found without a guitar in his hands, except when he`s making sales from his expert knowledge & love of guitars. If you are a novice or a long time player come and see Bronson he`d love to help you choose the right guitar for you.

Stan Mobbs
The Godfather Of Guitar Factory oversee`s all. Stan has been here forever - 20 years in Parramatta. He knows it all from pics to repairs, to strings and other things. He's also a licensed Electrician so he`s good for changing all our light bulbs. Stan has 20 years experience in retail & sales - his vast knowledge & patience are a great asset to the team at Guitar Factory. Stan has been in working bands for the past 29 years from Wedding Singer, Rock, R & B, Tribute Bands, Original Band back in the 80`s " The Mustard Club". His band of 16 years, The Four Day Riders, are still playing around various Blues Festivals & pubs.

Nathan Peters "Mad Dog"
New to the Guitar Factory family, Nathan is an expert on drums and percussion and has studied at the Australian Institute Of Music. Although he has only been drumming for 4 years he's already quite accomplished, with a versatile music taste, ranging from jazz to extreme metal (and everything in-between!). Nathan is currently playing in his own hardcore band "Vegas In Ruins" and an 18 piece big band which is scheduled to tour Europe this year. If you have any drum or percussion related questions, Nathan is the man to go to.

Jimi MacGregor
Jimi's been playing guitar for close to 10 years and started repairing guitars when he was 15 for his high school. Lead guitarist for local Metal band 'Black Reign', Jimi's dedicated his whole life to playing guitars, repairing guitars, and the ins and outs of amplifiers.
Come and see him at the Guitar Factory and he'll try his best to sort out any guitar troubles you're having, whether it be Electric, Acoustic, Bass or any other wierd and wacky instrument that you might have!!!
